NetSuite AI strategy workshop

A half-day AI strategy workshop helped a NetSuite consulting firm turn broad AI interest into a sequenced roadmap of practical workflow opportunities.

A NetSuite consulting firm providing implementation, integration, and support services had interest in AI and early tool usage across the team. The company needed a clearer path from individual experimentation to repeatable, governed workflows that could improve consulting, operations, sales, and support work.

I co-facilitated the half-day AI strategy workshop and co-created the deliverables packet. I helped synthesize workshop findings, identify high-leverage workflows, and shape recommendations into solution briefs and a sequenced roadmap.

The workshop used a maturity framework to create shared language across leadership, consultants, operations, sales, and technical participants. From there, the engagement translated intake responses and facilitated discussion into prioritized AI opportunities rather than a broad list of disconnected tools.

  • Facilitated discussion across leadership, consultants, operations, sales, and technical participants.
  • Used an AI maturity framework to clarify the difference between individual tool use and repeatable workflow building.
  • Identified priority workflows from intake responses and workshop discussion.
  • Co-created a deliverables packet with findings, solution briefs, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Helped pitch the recommended solutions to the client after the workshop.
  • AI maturity framing and workshop synthesis.
  • Solution recommendations for governance, enablement, proposal generation, data access, and meeting intelligence.
  • Sequenced roadmap for immediate, medium-term, and longer-term work.

The engagement produced a clear AI roadmap and solution recommendations. The recommended solutions have been pitched to the client, and the team is awaiting a response.

  • Client name anonymized.
  • Recommendations described without publishing the full client packet.
  • Implementation outcomes not claimed because the client has not responded yet.
